That is sooo true! All we can control is our reaction to circumstances...we can choose to get all stressed and shouty or to go with the flow. I am a go with the flow kinda gal!

Carol I am just trying to learn "going with the flow". Have recently been learning about the art of Wu Wei. Very interesting philosophy - flowing is a BIG challenge for me. :)
Ride the waves, that's how I like to think of it. It is a learned process, no doubt about it. Flow on sister! Love the image!
That has been my motto since Winter Solstice when I gave up.
KC it is suggested that possibly surrender is a better approach then giving up.
